Volunteer Roles

Stewards to welcome our guests, guide them to their places, and assist in keeping the venues tidy.

Car park attendants to welcome guests to Woodbridge and direct them to the church. These people will be used as additional stewards later in the day .

Receptionists to help people with registering and provide information throughout the day .

Hospitality people to serve food and drinks in the marquee, and drinks at the servery.

Catering (Lunchtime) people to prepare and serve lunches.

Catering (Evening) people to prepare and serve evening meals.

Prayer Ministry people providing ministry throughout the day. Other volunteers assist at the evening celebration.

Cafe Teams, serve drinks and food, clear tables and wash up in Oasis @ the Octagon, Café  Connect and the Courtyard Café.

People to help in the youth venue with welcoming young people and assist in their activities.

People to help in the children’s venue with welcoming the children and assisting in their activities.

Pre-primary children’s helpers to assist with registration and encourage the children in their activities.

Audio/Video/Lighting controllers at the various venues.

Security guards to patrol the site during the night 5 people per night are needed, 3 for the first half and 2 for  the second half of each night.

Set-up and tear-down team to prepare the venues.
