What is Alive?

The vision of the festival is to encourage Christians of all ages from East Anglia and beyond to be renewed by the work of the Holy Spirit, and engage with mission in our local communities and networks.

In this gentle landscape of this beautiful riverside town, Alive provides an opportunity to recharge our spiritual batteries alongside Christians from different denominations. Alive can become part of our pilgrimage with God not only for our own benefit, but also to assist the renewal of our churches. Be inspired by our speakers, that have been specially chosen to provoke and challenge, as well as offer insights that will be of particularly relevant to a more rural church setting. It is three days of ‘festival’ rather than conference, in a real community alongside others who are passionate to know and serve God. Alive seeks to recapture God’s mission and see our nation come alive through the love of Jesus.
